The Ultimate Tuna Sandwich ...
~Tuna Sandwiches with Red Grapes and Green Olives~
Katie came for lunch today. She's passed the half way mark in her pregnancy and tells me she needs to eat a lot of protein right now. I made tuna sandwiches, starting with light tuna packed in water and well-drained, a little mayo, some sliced green olives, seedless red grapes, walnuts, fresh basil and lots of pepper! I mixed it altogether and served it on toasted 12-grain bread. She gave it her thumb's-up!
