Celebrating Father's Day in style ...

My husband got an extra-special treat today ... our son-in-law grilled burgers and corn-on-the-cob for our Father's Day dinner. Chris makes THE BEST grilled corn I've ever tasted. And it's sooo simple:
4-6 ears of corn
4-6 T. butter
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Clean the corn. Rub on butter, season with salt and freshly ground pepper; wrap in foil. Place on grill for 15-30 minutes, depending on how hot the fire is. And WOW! It was awesome!
