Easy Peasy Strawberry Jam

This jam is a snap to prepare and makes a perfect hostess gift. Since the recipe produces two jars of jam, you can save one jar for yourself and give the other one away. It keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator, although I'm guessing it won't last that long once you taste it!
1-12 oz. bag frozen strawberries
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. Real Lemon
1/2 tsp. butter
Combine and bring to a slow boil for about 30 minutes. Stir about every 5 minutes while mixture boils. When the mixture starts to thicken, add 1 tsp. Real Lemon and 1/2 tsp. butter. Makes enough for 2 jars of jam.
