Parmesan-Crusted Tilapia

It takes only a few ingredients to make this tender, delicious fish dish! And you can have it on the table in less than 30 minutes.
4 servings
The Ingredients.
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. jarred garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tilapia fillets (about 1 pound total)
1 lemon, cut into wedges
The Directions.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine olive oil with the garlic, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper. Add Parmesan cheese. Dredge fish in the cheese mixture. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until the fish is opaque in the thickest part, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
Tilapia is naturally low in saturated fat, sodium and calories, and a great source of vitamin B12, phosphorus, niacin and selenium. If you don't already eat fish at least once a week, you should consider adding it to your menu soon.
