These green beans sing with flavor!














I got this recipe from my friend, Pat, so of course we always call them "Pat's Green Beans." They taste awesome!

PAT'S GREEN BEANS

1.) Wash and cut ends off fresh green beans. I usually buy a sack full!
2.) Blanch in boiling water for 1-1/2 min. Plunge immediately into ice water.
3.) In large saute pan, melt margarine. Start with 2 Tbsp. Add 1 tsp.
crushed garlic and soy sauce to taste. (I use garlic in jar - not as
strong & easier to digest). Saute beans in soy/garlic mixture. I served these with Ham & Cheese Stuffed Potatoes.
