a-MAY-zing tip ...

Mustard Jar Vinaigrette
Here's a great little tip I came across recently, a tip that solves one of those pesky problems that keeps me up at night: what to do with the last remaining teaspoon of mustard in the jar. Since it can be almost impossible to get that last little bit out, try this: add 1/3 cup EVOO, 1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar, salt, pepper, minced garlic and herbs to the jar. Screw the lid on tightly and give the jar a couple of good shakes. The resulting vinaigrette tastes amazing and uses up the mustard that would otherwise get thrown away.
