This was such a fun little supper but my photo doesn't do it justice. Hummus and naan ALWAYS go together, kind of like Colin Firth and a tuxedo! I picked up roasted red pepper hummus at Trader Joe's and some lovely naan at Super Target. I warmed the naan in the oven at 400 degrees for about 3 minutes and served it with the hummus and a tossed salad of mixed baby greens and my favorite oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. Delicious to the last bite!
